Spaghetti

1 can mushrooms
·
1-1.5 lb ground Turkey
·
1/3 C chopped onion
·
6 oz tomato paste
·
1.5 cans tomato sauce
·
1 tsp sugar
·
½ tsp oregano
·
½ tsp garlic salt
·
16 oz spaghetti
·
2 Tbsp margarine
·
½ tsp salt
·
¼ pepper
·
½ C Parm cheese
·
1 egg
·
12 oz cottage cheese
·
1.5 Cup grated Cheese
Cook ground turkey with onion. Stir in tomato sauce and paste, sugar,
oregano and garlic salt. Simmer while
preparing spaghetti. Cook spaghetti
broken into 2” strips and drain. Place
the spaghetti in a 9”x13”x2” pan and stir in margarine, salt, pepper, parmesan
cheese, and egg. Top with cottage cheese
and 1 Cup of grated cheese. Pour sauce
over spaghetti and cheese. Top with the remaining cheese.
Cool on counter then cover with foil for freezing OR bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
